The newest manufacturing victim of the ATF’s nonsensical attacks is Polymer80. They have been producing ATF-approved 80% receivers since 2015. Last week, the ATF raided the Polymer80 headquarters and seized a “Buy, Build, Shoot” pistol kit, receipts, and customer lists. According to the ATF, the kit is a “firearm” because it is “readily convertible”. I sat down with Mike Mills of Tactical Considerations to discuss the process of building your own firearm from a Polymer80 receiver and what Americans can expect from the ATF if we don’t speak up now.
